Leyard and Planar look to strengthen their position in EMEA with the acquistion of eyevis, the German large screen display manufacturer and visualisation system integrator.

eyvis provides displays for professional applications, such as control rooms, broadcast, virtual reality and simulation. Its product offering includes displays, graphics controllers, software and accessories. Teracue, the maker and supplier of professional IPTV and video-networking systems acquired by eyevis in 2014, is included in the sale.
The companies expect the deal to be finalised by end Q2 2018.
