Intel names UK-based integrator Big Data Partnership partner for its Hadoop distribution across EMEA territories, making use of Xeon processors to better support big data deployments in the region.

Intel HadoopThe company says it will work on scalable solutions for the capture, storage and analysis of big data in order to help customers solve problems, identify revenue streams and develop custom solutions.

“As we expand the adoption of the Intel Distribution into new global markets, partnerships with knowledgeable and experienced companies will be strategic to our growth,” Intel says. “Companies such as Big Data Partnership are well equipped to deploy the Intel Distribution in Europe and add a new layer of support for Apache software integration.”

The partnership will not only deploy Hadoop apps, but also add a support layer to Apache integrations.
