Plantronics announces the Elara 60 series-- a mobile phone station integrated with native Microsoft Teams support, making a smartphone with desk phone-style capabilities, including headset, speakerphone and handset options.
The mobile phone station receives Microsoft Teams notifications, and provides users with a touch- or voice-activated Microsoft Teams experience. To operate, a smartphone just sits on the Elara and syncs with no network wires. Wireless charging also comes included, as are a built-in dial pad, headset integration and support for both iOS and Android smartphones.
Such options transform the Elara into a standard desktop phone. Plantronics includes all standard features from other Elara models, such as Microsoft Cortana voice activation integration, colour LCD screen showing charging status, connected devices, call status and other customisable settings, and Kensington lock capability.
The Elara 60 series should be available soon.
