Vaddio builds on the RoboSHOT 30E NDI camera with the RoboSHOT 12E, a PTZ camera featuring NewTek NDI, the low latency technology allowing video systems to detect and communicate with each other over IP.
The RoboSHOT 12E NDI camera is a recognisable video source by other NDI-enabled applications and devices connected to a standard local area network. In addition, users can access camera controls such as pan/tilt/zoom through NDI, creating a complete IP workflow for operator control. NDI technology allows the sharing of audio and video sources across a network, eliminating the need for direct connections and infrastructure upgrades. It also turns every source into a destination available anywhere on the network.
RoboSHOT Elite series cameras carry a 1/2.5-type Exmor R CMOS sensor, and deliver HD video image quality. Image signal processing (ISP) results in better light-gathering capabilities, increased contrast and sharp 1080p/60 video, even in dim lighting conditions.
