Kramer Electronics plans to showcase a pair of VIA wireless presentation and collaboration solutions at ISE 2017, the GO plug-and present solution and the VIAware wireless collaboration solution.

Kramer VIA GOVIA GO turns any projector or display into a BYOD wireless-enabled device. It features both built-in wifi capabilities and ethernet connectivity, and offers content streaming with mirrored images and video playback for iOS, Android, Chromebook and Mac devices. Security comes through 1024-bit encryption.

Meanwhile VIAware is a software-only VIA offering for both collaborative meeting environments and education and training. It turns Windows 10 PCs into fully-featured VIA devices, with the full presentation and collaboration feature set. In-room participants can view the main display, edit documents together in real-time, share any size file, turn the main displaly into a digital whiteboard, chat with other users, stream HD video (up to 1080p60) and more, from any laptop or mobile device.

VIAware also lets facilitators use e-polling and e-exams to measure how much students and trainees are learning, and remote participants can easily join with embedded 3rd party video conferencing and office apps. The sofware works seamlessly with existing VIA clients and VIA Site Management, and offers full support for all VIA Quick Connect features, including QR Code, NFC tag and VIA Pad.
