Nexthink Gets to V4.3

Nexthink releases the next version of its managed service provider software-- Nexthink V4.3, now promising not only quality improvements but also multi-tenant support and full-centralised role and profile management.

NexthinkAccording to the company Nexthink uses self-learning to map all IT services delivered to end-user (physical and virtual) devices, before analysing all relevant end-user events (such as IT infrastructure changes, application use and security issues). It then applies artificial intelligence and real-time enterprise-wide IT analytics to help customers detect the root causes of complex issues and security risks.

Data isolation offers multi-tenant environment support and a "configure it once, apply it forever" approach, with a single interface handling the creation and delivery of managed services to multiple customers.

Meanwhile improved scalability and centralisation provide multiple real-time databases and a new cross-engine search locator. Further features include centralised alerts, services and one-click investigations.
