Customer data will be saved in either the Alibaba Cloud datacentre in Frankfurt or any of the other 17 Alibaba Cloud datacentres around the world, depending on customer preferences. Polish customers using Alibaba Cloud solutions get technical support in Polish, while cloud solution resellers are promised "comprehensive" support from Alibaba-trained ABC Data staff.
