Data management vendor Informatica announces an update of the integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution-- Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, built on a modular microservices architecture.

According to the company, Intelligent Cloud Services offers a unified user experience across iPaaS integration patterns. The modular architecture is customisable and easy to navigate, while the CLAIRE engine provides AI metadata-driven recommendations to automation and accelerate integration and data management work.

Security is also included through compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and certifications including SOC2 type II and SOC3, among others. Intelligent Cloud Services can also be used as part of a solution compliant with the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
