Security provider Tufin announces the Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) Program-- an initiative to make the Tufin Orchestration Suite more compatible with Tufin REST APIs.

TufinThe program already has a first set of members, with Cybereason, Cyber Observer, DFLabs, Reposify and Swimlane. Tufin Orchestration Suite will initially address four critical use cases, namely security incident enrichment, security incident response, compliance and risk assessment.

Security incident enrichment involves using the network security policy information within the Tufin Orchestration Suite to enhance the investigation of security incidents. Meanwhile security incident response has the automation of network response to threats by orchestrating changes to multi-vendor firewalls, other network devices and hybrid cloud environments. Compliance integrates centralised compliance solutions with Tufin Orchestration Suite to incorporate deep network policy information.

Finally, risk assessment and reporting services boost the Tufin Orchestration Suite risk intelligence network, allowing for automatic reinforcement of security policy throughout the entire heterogeneous hybrid cloud (multi-vendor, multi-cloud) environment.

“As the first security policy orchestration vendor to formalize an alliance partner program, Tufin continues to advance our leadership,” the company says. “Partnering with Tufin allows leading and strategic vendors to better meet our mutual customers’ needs for integrated solutions that improve their business agility and security. We welcome our new partners and look forward to solving the key challenges our customers are addressing.”
