Fujitsu announces a technology to rapidly identify issues within network operations, allowing even non-experts to assess the impact of such failure on virtual systems within all of 10 seconds.
According to the company usually such investigations can take up to 3 hours in the case of large-scale cloud environments.
The Fujitsu technology automatically generates data from communications pathways between servers, as well as the combined data from virtual servers produced by communications. It then analyses the relationship between virtual and physical systems, identifies the impact of a network failure and reports to virtual system users.
The company adds the technology allows even non-experts to easily identify faults, allowing for more efficient operations.
Fujitsu plans to assess the technology further in a variety of environments before inclusion in products within fiscal 2015.
