Chief announces an AV rack systems and accessory line to its Raxxess product family-- the G1 series gangable rack and the W1 and W2 series on-wall racks.
The company says the new racks make the installation as easy and efficient as possible, with extra space gains in each rack's bottom for small component mounting and consistent ventilation options.
The G1 series gangable rack includes a number of installer-friendly features, such as pre-welded ganging nuts, adjustable front and rear rack rails, optional reversible, locking doors fitting either front or rear of the rack and cable management slots integrated into the horizontal rack rail.
The W1 series hinged wall racks swing out from the wall for easy cabling access, with a remote rear latch giving the option to mount racks side-by-side or in a corner. The design includes one 3U top panel (for up to 300 CFM of cooling) and holds up to 136kg.
The W2 fixed wall racks support up to 68kg, and include a reversible solid steel locking front door and a rear mounting plate, as well as a 3U panel allowing users to add any standard fan panel.
Both W1 and W2 series racks ship with all required hardware for mounting to wood studs, steel studs or concrete.
