Thinklogical, a maker of KVM signal extension and switching systems for video-rich applications, signs a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA #14106) with the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA).

NCI Agency BOAs are acquisition instruments negotiated between suppliers of products and services and the NCI Agency on behalf of NATO. The aim of the BOA procurement procedure is to provide NATO host nations with an accelerated and cost-effective acquisition method for COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) products and services.

"Immediate access to actionable, video-rich data that delivers instant situational awareness is a mission-critical requirement for defense and intelligence organizations in today's dynamic geo-political environment," explains Joe Pajer, president and CEO of Thinklogical. "As NATO and its member countries seek to upgrade their secure command and control capabilities, they can now more easily procure Thinklogical's accredited, high-performance signal management solutions through this BOA."

Thinklogical says it offers “the only full range of fiber-optic KVM and VDS (video distribution system) extension and switching solutions accredited to Common Criteria EAL4, NATO NIAPC Evaluation Scheme: GREEN, TEMPEST SDIP 24 Level B and the U.S. DoD DISA JITC UCR 2013 APL information assurance (IA) standards required for use in secure government, defense and intelligence facilities.”
