Juniper Networks presents a means to ease the networking woes of branch offices-- Cloud-Enabled Branch, an on-demand means to create and deliver branch office networking services.

NetworkingPart of the Unite enterprise cloud architecture, Cloud-Enabled Branch handles the deployment of real-time services and applications such as SD-WAN across branch locations, all while incorporating network automation, zero touch provisioning, security capabilities and an open platform.

One can offer Cloud-Enabled Branch through either datacentre or locally on the Juniper Networks NFX250 network services platform and SRX300 services gateway. Juniper adds the NFX250 can handle multiple network services other than SD-WAN, and also includes advanced security in the shape of Sky Advanced Threat Prevention.

"With the introduction of Juniper Networks Cloud-Enabled Branch, customers can now create branches on-demand to accelerate service deployments or instantly apply business updates and security policies consistently across locations," the company says. "As part of the Juniper Networks Unite architecture, this new milestone furthers our goal to modernise enterprise environments with simple, automated and secure solutions through the power of the cloud."
