DRAM and NAND flash storage maker Adata launches its first enterprise storage product-- the SX1000L, a 2.5-inch SATA SSD with advanced controller technology enhancing read/write performance.
The company claims the SX1000L features a mean time between failures (MTBF) of up to 1.5 million hours, together with sequential read speeds reaching 560MB/sec and sequential write of 340MB/sec.
Maximum 4K random IOPS total 73000 ( read) and 45000 (write).
SMART command and user-defined over-provisioning adjustment further enhance power-loss data protection and drive quality monitoring, while a long write endurance makes the drive suitable for read-centric web and VOD servers.
The SX1000L is available now in 100 and 200GB capacities.
