Extron introduces the EBP 108 RAAP Rack Mount eBUS Button Panel-- a fully-customisable AV system control interface designed for use with Extron eBUS-enabled control systems.

The control panel connects to an IPCP Pro control processor, and performs a wide variety of AV system functions, including power on/off, input switching, volume control and more. It features 8 dual-coloured backlit buttons for easy operation in low-light environments and a volume control knob for precise volume adjustments. Four eBUS ports allow easy system expansions.

KanexPro announces the MX-HDBT8X818G-- an HDMI 2.0 to HDBaseT 8x8 matrix switcher aimed at the home theatre market able to shift inputs to outputs over CAT5e/6, complete with HDR10 and Dolby Vision support.

The switcher is HDCP 2.2 compliant and supports video resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz, 4:4:4 (10-bit colour) and multi-channel digital audio. Just Add Power (J+P) announces the 709P2P 3G-- a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) point-to-point transmitter allowing installers to use a single power input to distribute video, audio, power and control to all downstream devices over CAT5e cable.

Installers can pair the 709P2P with any J+P receiver to create a simple point-to-point connection, or combine it with the daisy-chain receiver from the company for installations of up to 4 displays. The transmitter distributes UHD 4K video with HDCP 2.2 over a single CAT5e cable, with support for all lossless audio formats including Dolby Atmos, as well as RS232 and IR control signals using the VBS-HDMI-IRD RS232 to IR converter.
