Extron announces the CCI Pro 700-- a product the company describes as the first control system user interface optimised for conferencing, collaboration and AV control.

Designed to support the needs of conferencing environments while providing an intuitive room control interface, the CCI Pro 700 includes a 3.5-inch colour display, numeric keypad and backlit buttons. The display can show contact information, call directories and call status, while the buttons allow users to navigate trough custom lists and menus.

Operations performance management provider PagerDuty announces two-way integration with Socialcast, the VMware-owned enterprise collabration tool, at VMworld 2015.
