Trust-based solution and services provider Keynectis acquires OpenTrust, a market leader in enterprise and government trusted infrastructure solutions.
The sale should help Keynectis increase its growth, particularly within the international market where OpenTrust is already well known.
The companies say the acquisition should increase Keynetis' export sales "to over 30% of total revenues."
Transaction procedures are to close this summer.
