Companies making use of Google Meet for videoconferencing get dedicated Asus hardware-- the Google Meet Compute System, a Mac Mini-stye machine running on Chrome OS in a magnetic chassis users can mount to the back of monitors.

Previously known as the Chromebox, the Google Meet Compute System includes an Intel Core i7 processor and 128GB of SSD storage. It handles 4K video and connectivity with multiple displays, and includes dual-band 802.11ac wifi capability. On the video side, the Starter Kit includes a 4K UHD Huddly camera with 120-degree field of view, a remote control with an integrated keyboard on the back for joining/ending meetings and adjusting volume and a speakermic with echo-cancellation, noise-suppression and daisy-chain support.

For customers with "small and medium rooms" Asus offers a bundle with a touchscreen for more intuitive call control for up to eight users, while the "large room" kit (for rooms with 8-20 users) includes the touchscreen and speakermic, and upgrades the camera to a PTZ Pro2 number. Asus promises all kits are easy to set up, all ports set to one side for simple cable management, and the machines include built-encryption and Google Assistant support.

The Asus Google Meet kits are available from June 2020.
