TRENDnet announces a pair of Gigabit PoE wall-mounted front access industrial switches-- the TI-PG102F and TI-PG62F, both designed for smaller installation spaces unable to fit traditional rackmount or DIN-rail network switches.
The TI-PG102F is a 10-port model, while the TI-PG62F is 6-port. The two feature a hardened IP30-rated metal housing and are resistant to high degrees of vibration and shock. They are also rated to operate in high heat and extreme lows, specifically in temperatures ranging from -40° to 75°C. As such, they are ideal for rugged environments such as automation networks, IP surveillance systems and IoT applications.
Multiple redundant power inputs support overload current protection, with input power failure triggering an output alarm relay to allow for quick action and reduce total network downtime. PoE+ support carries both data and power over a single cable, reducing setup time and overall infrastructure costs. The package includes a DIN-rail bracket and a magnetic wall mount kit for installation flexibility.
The two switches are set to ship in mid-May 2020.
