Hands-free management brings self-service, co-managed and fully-managed options to the global SD-WAN service, the company adds. Thus organisations will be able to move responsibility for network and security configuration to the expert staff at Cato or partners, while retaining network control through self-service and co-management models available in Cato Cloud.
In addition, Cato Managed Services include Managed Threat Detection and Response (MDR) to continuously monitor the network for compromised endpoints, Intelligent Last-Mile Management for 24x7 last-mile monitoring and Rapid Site Deployment providing customers with remote assistance in deploying Cato Sockets, the Cato zero-touch SD-WAN device.
