Tech Data joins forces with Cisco to present a pair of "cloud-managed digital transformation solutions" for small office environments-- Branch Interconnect and Clinic Interconnect.
The two products combine Cisco collaboration, networking and security technologies with Tech Data white label managed services. Aimed at branch-oriented industries such as retail, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare, the solutions allow customers to monitor, troubleshoot and support systems via single dashboard complete with single-source billing, service and support across the solution stack.

Branch Interconnect offers unified collaboration and digital whiteboarding via Cisco Webex Teams and Webex Board, while Cisco Meraki provides cloud-managed networking. Cisco Meraki Advanced Security, Cisco Umbrella Open DNS, Advanced Malware Protection (AMP), AMP for Endpoints and Cloud Email Security take care of security.
On the healthcare side is Clinic Interconnect-- a solution offering everything Branch Interconnect does, together with integrated clinical, claims and device data through Accreon Cloud Exchange Services (ACES). An optional Optum Data Exchange (ODX) add-on provides data integration, storage and patient event subscription.
