Optoma launches Creative Touch-- a series of interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs) available in 65-, 75- and 86-inch formats offering native 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution and up to 20-point multi-touch capability.
Aimed at classrooms, lecture halls, corporate boardrooms, healthcare, hospitality, live events and other shared spaces, the collaboration boards use LCD technology and come complete with a blue light filter in order to reduce eye strain. They are compatible with Windows, Mac and Chrome OS devices, and support wireless content sharing via iMirror and ScreenShare, encouraging BYOD collaboration.
Further features include split screen whitebooard and annotation tools. A built-in Cloud Drive provides access to Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive, while an AirShare feature showcases instantaneous results from quizzes, polls and surveys. Installation comes via custom-desgined wall mount, and a VESA bracket allows mounting of a mini PC.
