Oracle announces the next-generation of Oracle Cloud Platform services-- now with built-in autonomous capabilities including Oracle Mobile Cloud Enterprise, Oracle Data Integration Platform Cloud and Oracle API Platform Cloud.
The services use embedded AI and machine learning to automation operational tasks, such as tuning, patching, backups and upgrades. Thus organisations get more time to focus on strategic activities while lowering costs and reducing risks. In addition they get maximum performance, high availability and critical security features.

Oracle Mobile Cloud Enterprise gets self-learning chatbots able to observe interactions and learn from conversations, ensuring higher accuracy in the machine learning process for the smart bots, including seamless handoffs to human agents. Meanwhile the Oracle Data Integration Platform Cloud simplifies and automates big data lake and data warehouse creation through one click self-definined tasks to deliver streaming or batch data, improving standardisation and efficiency for big data projects.
The Oracle API Platform Cloud supports agile API-first design and development, enabling hybrid deployment of the API gateway across Oracle Cloud, on-premises and 3rd party clouds. It continuously learns about usage patterns and recommends plans and allocation limits and configurations. It also recommends policies and policy configurations using predictive algorithms to API managers.
