Microsoft announces the global launch of its Dynamics CRM Online, the cloud-based version of MS Dynamics CRM 2011.
The software provides a familiar interface for users through a native Outlook client, browser and mobile access and RoleTailored design together with advanced user personalisation features.
Guided process dialogs, inline business intelligence and real-time dashboards provide critical up-to-date information.
It is also easy to configure and customise through MS Dynamics Marketplace and Windows Azure and SharePoint interoperability.
Dynamics CRM Online will be available from the Feb. 28 2011, and a free trial is currently available from the product's website.
