Cloud video service provider Videxio launches MyVidexio-- a management portal providing partners and customers with full control over the company's Videoconferencing-as-a-service (VCaaS) offering.
Through the portal users can schedule video meetings directly in Microsoft Outlook, join meetings from a location and device of choice, and invite and add participants to meetings, all with a few steps. One can also download a MyMeeting smartphone app to connect, invite and schedule participants in combined video and audio meetings via mobile devices.
Meanwhile admins can manage subscriptions, carry out remote diagnostics and get detail usage metrics in order to scale and distribute subscriptions accordingly.
The MyVidexio portal is available now to all Videxio VCaaS subscribers.
