The Digitus Wall-Housing-Series by Assmann allows for storing of IT equipment, even in the smallest spaces.
The series comprises practical housings for networks, sub-distribution and floor-distributors, suitable for all common IT- and telecommunication hardware components. For particularly flexible handling and space saving, the housings can also be operated from the sides and are easily mounted to the wall by the especially solid rear panels.
The compact wall-mounted housings are available in sizes ranging from 7 to 16 rack units (RU). A 7 RU housing, for example, is only 15.82" high, 23.62" wide and 17.71" deep. Neat and space-saving storage for switches, patch panels and other 19" - components.
The different models can also be fitted with leveling feet or wheels at any time to convert into floor standing units. A lockable safety glass door with steel frame provides for the necessary security.
The lockable side doors of the different models can be removed independent of the front door and thus ensure optimal access. Even during operation, all parts of the wiring can be easily accessed from three sides. Cabling either via the bottom or, alternatively via the top of the housing. The side walls of the Digitus wall cabinets have air vents, allowing for active as well as passive ventilation.
The side doors are lockable and can be opened independent of the front door.
Assmann offers a full line of accessories to match the new wall-mounted housings, for example routing panels, roof-ventilation units, specifically designed for wall-mounted housings, switch-panels, equipotential grounding busbars and shelves.
