Tiny Green PC announces availability of what it says is the smallest, fanless, lowest power and most expandable Intel Core i7 server-- the MicroSVR microserver from joint venture Compulab.
Ideal for space-constrained and remote/unattended environments, the MicroSVR's rugged metal chassis measures 6x16x26cm and carries Core i7 processors (up to 2.5GHz) and up to 32GB EEC RAM, with ports including x2 GbE , x2 USB 3.0, x2 USB 2.0, x2 RS232, ESATA, HDMI and Display Port.
Wifi and Bluetooth provide connectivity, while Intel AMT handles remote management. Storage options come through x4 2.5-inch HDD bays.
Enabling expandability are x2 miniPCIe sockets and FACE module support providing additional I/O extension such as multiple ethernet, USB and serial ports.
The MicroSVR is available in a range of configurations with either Linux or Windows Embedded/Standard Server as OS options.
